Henry has been a solicitor in Hong Kong since 2014 and in England and Wales since 2018. He earned his LLB from CUHK in 2011 and completed his PCLL there in 2012. Currently, he is seeking approval to become a solicitor in Ireland, further broadening his legal qualifications and expertise. Throughout his career, Henry has demonstrated a strong commitment to legal excellence, providing expert counsel in various areas of law.
Edmond KH
Vice-Chairman of HKPCIC
Edmond KH is a dedicated and skilled professional in residential building inspection and project management, boasting over 15 years of experience in various engineering and surveying roles. With extensive expertise in managing large-scale projects and conducting thorough property surveys, Edmond brings a wealth of knowledge. Born in Hong Kong and currently residing in North West England, he is a registered building inspector and a specialist in Japanese knotweed.
Devyn RANIS
General Secretary of HKPCIC
Devyn has an extensive background in providing consultation service for SMEs across Hong Kong, Australia, the US, and the UK. She has conducted research in Pan-Asia politics, UK-US politics, and the intersection of politics and religious studies. She is also passionate about animal welfare and aspires to establish her own animal shelter in the future.
Douglas WONG

Douglas is a skillful IT professional with over 12 years of experience in various industries, including food and beverages, real estate, luxury retail, and wholesale. He has worked with firms in Hong Kong, the UK, and multinational corporations specializing in APAC region. Dedicated to social service, He focuses on fostering University Alumni Relationships and community engagement.

With 20 years of consultancy experience, he has worked with leading vendors like Cisco, Broadsoft, Avaya, Nortel, and Alcatel-Lucent across the Asia Pacific and Greater China regions. Jonathan holds an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and is a distinguished member of the British Computer Society (BCS).
Jason CHU
Jason is a CeMap accredited professional with extensive knowledge of the UK mortgage market, including residential, BTL, and SPV holdings. He brings strong experience from the Hong Kong financial industry, having worked with multinational companies, including banks and insurers, with a particular focus on retail and channel distribution. Jason’s diverse background and expertise make him a valuable asset in navigating complex financial landscapes.
