We are pleased to announce members of HKPCIC will be joining an anti hate crime course organized by On your Side.
Hate crimes are criminal acts committed against individuals or groups based on characteristics such as race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. These crimes not only harm the immediate victims but also instill fear and division within entire communities. Addressing hate crimes requires a multi-faceted approach that includes strong legal action, comprehensive support for victims, and community education to foster understanding and tolerance. It‘s imperative for society to stand united against hate, ensuring that everyone can live in a safe and inclusive environment.
As a professional members community, we are glad to have the chance to implement what we learnt from the course.
